In June 2024, in Xinyang, Henan Province, with the theme of "Green commitment, no aldehyde addition", officially released the industry's first enterprise standard for wood-based panels without aldehyde addition -- Formaldehyde Release Limit under the condition of high load ratio of wood-based panels and their products without aldehyde addition. In this standard, the formaldehyde release limit of wood-based panels without aldehyde addition standard is set at ≤0.008㎎/m³. It is close to the original formaldehyde emission of wood, and better than the new national standard ENF class ≤0.025㎎/m³ standard.
